Payment Policy

Currency and tax

All prices and payments are in pounds sterling (GBP). Displayed prices include UK VAT where applicable. Standard UK delivery is free, and the full order total is shown before payment.

Accepted payment methods

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, Maestro and UnionPay where those methods are displayed at checkout. We do not currently offer instalment payments, Klarna or other buy-now-pay-later services.

Payment authorisation

Payment is securely processed by the payment provider shown at checkout. Your order will be processed only after payment is authorised. We do not store full payment card details.

Security checks

Orders may be subject to standard payment, address and fraud-prevention checks. We may contact you if information is incomplete or inconsistent. We will never ask you to send a full card number or security code by email.

Failed payments and refunds

If payment fails, check the details entered or contact your bank or card provider. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. The time taken to appear in your account depends on the payment provider.
