About these terms

These terms apply when you use https://lcstoolworks.com or purchase goods from LCS TOOLWORKS, operated by LEGAL CONSTRUCTION SERVICES LIMITED. By placing an order, you confirm that you are acting as a consumer and that the information you provide is accurate.

Products

We aim to describe products accurately. Images may show small differences in colour caused by lighting or screen settings. Dimensions and specifications are stated on the relevant product page and reasonable manufacturing tolerances may apply.

Prices and VAT

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include UK VAT where applicable. Standard UK delivery is free. The total payable amount is shown before you submit the order.

Orders and payment

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. An order is accepted when we send confirmation that it has been accepted or dispatched. We may cancel and refund an order if an item is unavailable, a price or description contains an obvious error, payment is not authorised, or fraud checks cannot be completed.

Delivery, cancellation and returns

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy. Cancellation, returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy. Those policies form part of these terms.

Acceptable website use

You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, or use its content in a way that infringes our or another person’s rights.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights. We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Consumers living in Scotland or Northern Ireland retain any mandatory rights to bring proceedings in their local courts.
