LCS TOOLWORKS is operated by LEGAL CONSTRUCTION SERVICES LIMITED (company number 05996593). We are the data controller for personal information collected through https://lcstoolworks.com.

Information we collect

We may collect your name, billing and delivery address, email address, payment and order details, device information, IP address, cookie preferences, and communications with us. Payment card details are processed securely by our payment providers and are not stored in full by us.

How we use information

We use personal information to process and deliver orders, provide customer support, prevent fraud, meet tax and legal obligations, operate and improve the store, and measure advertising performance where permitted.

Shopify, payments and delivery

Our store is hosted by Shopify. We may share necessary information with Shopify, payment processors, fraud-prevention providers and delivery partners so they can provide their services. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy notices.

Google Ads and cookies

We use Google Ads. Google advertising technologies may use cookies or similar identifiers to measure advertising performance and understand whether an advertisement led to a visit or purchase.
