Delivery area

We deliver to addresses in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. We do not deliver to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man or BFPO addresses.

Shipping cost

Standard UK tracked delivery is free on all orders. There is no minimum order value.

Processing and delivery times

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days. After dispatch, estimated delivery is 3–5 business days. Business days exclude weekends and UK public holidays. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and remote-area deliveries may take longer.

Carriers and tracking

We use a suitable tracked service from Royal Mail, Evri, DPD or another established UK carrier, depending on the parcel and destination. Tracking details will be sent when available.

Address changes and delays

Contact us at support@lcstoolworks.com as soon as possible if the delivery address is incorrect. We can change it only before dispatch. If tracking shows a delay or a parcel appears lost, contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.

Damaged or incorrect deliveries

If an item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact support@lcstoolworks.com promptly with the order number and clear photographs where appropriate. We will arrange a suitable solution at no return cost to you.
